✨ SFA Pilot Cohort Finale!
​We are just about to finish the summer accelerator cohort and celebrated with a live dinner at my house. It was magical and you can see the photos here:

The true guest of honor? My orange cat, James, who was convinced the entire evening was thrown in his honor. He interrupted me not once, but twice, in peak “this is my house” fashion. Clearly, this is his economy and we’re just structuring deals in it. 😹

🚀 What’s Next?

I’m heading off to Burning Man in August (yes, the actual one) where I’ve been invited to speak on—what else—radical wealth-building and community finance in the desert. Stay tuned for dusty updates and unexpected wisdom.

Then it’s go time: The full Seller Financing Academy Live Mastermind begins this fall. This is the expanded version of what we just piloted: 12 full months of guided learning, deal support, and becoming a whole new version of yourself in real estate.
